Macy’s Herald Square has unveiled a new seasonal pop-up celebrating love and the arrival of spring. Open just in time for Valentine’s Day, the Shops at the Square offer customers a curated assortment of unique gifts, tasty treats, and other items. Find the shops on the mezzanine level of Macy’s Herald Square through April 6.
The spring market comes after the department store opened its first-ever holiday market last year in partnership with Urbanspace. Macy’s Holiday Square featured local vendors inside, with another market located on the plaza outside of the store.

Vendors include the first indoor location of Strawberro, the brand behind the viral Dubai chocolate strawberries; hot chocolate from Casa Toscana; the beloved, melt-in-your-mouth treats from No Chewing Allowed; and handcrafted macaroons from Woops.
You can also find one-of-a-kind gifts, including custom decor from Christmas in NY, personalized jewelry from Bara Boheme, and friendship bracelets from the Little Words Project.

The pop-up market comes after Macy’s last month announced the closure of 66 stores nationwide, including five in New York City. Part of the chain’s “Bold New Chapter” strategy, the announcement followed the sale of its 422 Fulton Street location in Downtown Brooklyn in December for just $23 million.
In addition to the Brooklyn store, these Macy’s locations will close this year: 88-01 Queens Boulevard, Queens, 98 Richmond Hill Road, Staten Island, 404 East Fordham Road, Bronx, and 2027 Emmons Avenue, Brooklyn.
