Kanye West’s ex-staffer claims the rapper left business meeting to have ‘loud’ sex with Bianca Censori
One of Kanye West’s former employees said working for him was a total “nightmare” and is now taking legal action against the disgraced rapper.
In a new lawsuit obtained by Page Six Thursday, Murphy Aficionado claimed West subjected him to antisemitic tirades and once walked out of a business meeting to have “loud” sex with wife Bianca Censori in the room next door.
Aficionado claimed he was hired by the Yeezy founder, 47, as a project manager in October 2022 and the following month, West invited him to the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria for “a work meeting.”
However, when the 35-year-old arrived at West’s suite the “Heartless” rapper was allegedly “shirtless and out of breath.”
“Aficionado entered the lavish hotel room but was taken aback to realize Ye’s pants unbuttoned and find his then-girlfriend, Bianca Censori, standing topless – her hands barely covering her bare breasts,” the documents read. “It was immediately obvious to Aficionado that Censori and Ye were very recently having sex.”
“Overwhelmed with discomfort,” Aficionado told West he would come back later but the rapper allegedly “commanded” him to come inside — to which he obliged out of fear of his boss’s “explosive anger and aggression.”
Censori then retreated to the adjoining bedroom. However, West allegedly kept the door open so they could see her naked body.
West allegedly then left Aficionado “in the middle of their conversation” without warning and “dashed” toward the room Censori was in, “closing the door but leaving it only slightly open.”
“Within seconds, Aficionado began hearing loud moaning and clapping, emanating from the room Ye and Censori were having sex in,” the docs read.
Once West and Censori were finished, Aficionado claimed the rapper came back in the room “sporting a T-shirt with a swastika” and allegedly asked him, “Don’t you like my shirt?”
“Then randomly and without solicitation, Ye sat down with Aficionado, showing him nude photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian on his phone,” the lawsuit alleged.
Aficionado claimed that West invited him back to the hotel later that week and a similar situation unfolded. However, this time around the rapper allegedly had sex with a masseuse and not Censori, who he wed in December 2022.
The plaintiff claimed the experiences left him “feeling violated and dehumanized.”
Elsewhere in the suit, Aficionado went into detail about West’s alleged “antisemitic tirades and conspiracies,” which he claimed were “a daily occurrence.”
“Often, these outbursts involved how Jews controlled the Kardashians. Other times, Ye recounted how Jews were going after him and his money. Those very same days, Ye would incessantly yell at his staff, including Aficionado,” the lawsuit alleged.
The project manager said West’s “proud bigotry” was well-known and he often told his employees things like, “‘The Jews are out to get me.’ ‘They froze my bank account.’ ‘The Jews got Kim and my kids.’”
West allegedly told Aficionado that his ex-wife “has Jewish masters.”
Aficionado claimed West agreed to pay him $125 per hour. During the nine months he worked for West, the plaintiff said he worked up to 70 hours each week but “did not receive any pay for his work.”
Their working relationship officially came to a halt after West “commanded Aficionado to begin construction of his school, Donda Academy,” allegedly “without building permits.”
When Aficionado protested, insisting that moving forward could result in “hefty fines and potentially even put schoolchildren in danger,” he was allegedly “shunned and terminated.”
Aficionado is suing for discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, labor violations and failure to pay wages.
