Eat the Rainbow Posters From We Are Teachers
Eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables is one of the easiest ways for kids to stay healthy and strong. To help students visualize this, we created a set of Eat the Rainbow mini posters in partnership with our friends at Green Bronx Machine. At a glance, students can easily get tasty food ideas for red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple fruits and veggies.
We drew inspiration for this poster series from the video Mister Ritz Eats Across the Rainbow, part of the Green Bronx Machine KIDS YouTube channel. Be sure to check the end of this article to get more tips and resources for bringing healthy eating and gardening into your classroom.
