New York City’s Revolutionary Trail App

Visitors to New York City can experience the city at the heart of the American Revolution in a multimedia walking tour by The Gotham Center for New York City History.
Each stop provides audio narration with site information, character profiles, select video, and links to a far bigger library of text and imagery, for a “choose your own adventure” model of self-guided tourism.
You’ can learn about some of the period’s most famous characters and stories – far more that are little known, for a trip that will challenge the knowledge of even the most ardent buff.
The tour is available as a smartphone app. The NYC Revolutionary Trail is a project of The Gotham Center for New York City History.
