QC NY

Governors Island’s luxurious Italian wellness spa offers a tranquil retreat within the confines of New York City. Situated within a few historic buildings on the island, QC NY offers relaxing experiences, including sensory saunas, waterfalls, a salt room, a lavender room, an ice room, a relaxation room with water beds, and a heated outdoor pool with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.

Housed in a historic building constructed in 1883 as a textile factory, the spa transports guests to another time and place. Serving New Yorkers since 1982, the East Village’s Russian & Turkish Baths are a beloved NYC relaxation institution. The baths feature five saunas and steam rooms, a cold plunge room, a roof deck, and a restaurant. They also offer massage services and unique treatments like salt scrubs, mud treatments, and the “platza”—a traditional Russian massage using an oak leaf broom. The baths only accept walk-ins, no advance reservations are allowed. Admission is $60 per person.
