YES! Elizabeth knows! I have tested several stick/ cream blushes and Milk was right up there with my faves (a close 2nd to Merit IMO 😍). I had Dusty Rose and the color was perfection and so blendable!
Another solid rec is the Hydro Grip Set + Refresh Spray. I can’t really say that it holds my makeup like crazy because I don’t wear eyeshadow, but I do use it daily, sometimes twice daily to refresh my dry skin midday. I’ve seen influencers do a full eye of eyeshadow though, then spray this on, and it doesn’t smudge for literally HOURS.
